Licence Condition
The licensee will undertake a PFAS Monitoring Program, as presented to the EPA in GHD (2022) PFAS Monitoring Plan - Farley Wastewater Treatment Works, Hunter Water Corporation, 21 June 2022, (EPA reference DOC22/539210).
The licensee will provide quarterly and annual progress reports commencing 30 September 2022, to EPA.Northopsregional@EPA.nsw.gov.au. Reports are to be submitted within 14 days of of the relevant period ending.
